The Tories have gone very quiet on Rochdale. They can't crow about it now without drawing even more attention their own failure in dealing with racism.

Starmer is looking stronger than ever compared to Sunak. 30p has done him a big favour.

Thanks @IClaudine. The posters aren't what got me last night. It was just one of those moments when you realise things are shit. I am fortunate, I have family support and live in an actual community which is a massive help. Last night my local news had a piece about the exploitation of those in hock to loan sharks with boys and men forced into criminality and girls and women forced into prostitution to pay off their debts.

I get very upset by how callous some people are online about real life suffering. I'm making better use of the hide thread button when I feel myself getting stressed by people these days.

How in earth can Sunak still ‘but Corbyn’ things? It makes no sense. And saying he immediately suspended LA isn’t quite true, is it? Trying to say he did better with that than Starmer did with anti semitism is deluded.

My partner has just said Farage has joined the tories, if so my thread on chat about it is eerily prescient. Knowing DP he won’t have listened to the radio properly and he’s got the wrong end of the stick 🙄

I think Sunak refused to say one way or the other whether he would welcome Farage joining the Tories.
