What's your favourite tea bags? I always have Tetley but fancy trying something new. Do you notice a different taste with different tea bags?

Those shortbread M&S tea ones - delicious like a treat without calories and taste lovely

Willmafrockfit · 21/02/2024 05:56

i have gone off pg tips
i have yorkshire all the time
although can manage sainsburys gold
twinings and clipper too expensive for me

Mothership4two · 21/02/2024 06:03

We drink decaff and Yorkshire is our favourite. Sainsbury's is OK. Not keen on PG. OH only drinks Earl Grey and says Twinnings is horrible.

Tick Tock Rooibos tea

Notgoodatpoetrybutgreatatlit · 21/02/2024 06:39

Barrys Irish Breakfast tea. I used to listen to a podcast called Double Love by two Irish women. It's book reviews of the Sweet Valley High series. They are so funny. Anyway they kept talking about Barry's and ocado did it at the time so I tried it and it is the best tea. I get it from Morrisons in the world food aisle now.

Zoflorabore · 21/02/2024 06:44

Yorkshire Tea is the best imo. My mum tells me I loved tea even as a toddler ( am now 46 ) and I’ve tried so many brands. Been drinking this for around 10 years now, I even take it on holiday and have converted a few of my friends.

I really do like Assam tea by Twinings too or English breakfast as they’re both quite strong.

The worst tea I’ve ever tasted was Rooibos.

Papillon23 · 21/02/2024 06:48

Yorkshire or m and s gold here.

Williamson's if I want earl grey in tea bag form. Their duchess grey is lovely too.

Hoglet70 · 21/02/2024 06:58

Decaf Yorkshire. The only decent decaf tea.

2021mumma · 21/02/2024 07:02

Tea pigs

BlindurErBóklausMaður · 21/02/2024 07:03

Yorkshire bogstandard.
Buy a catering pack from Amazon with over 1000 bags for about €30.
Can only get Twinings here, and even with the strong one you need 2 bags because they're tiny. It's nice tea for people that like weak tea, but I'm a builder's tea person!

Unmute · 21/02/2024 07:09

Nambarrie. I don't understand the love for Yorkshire tea.

MancMa · 21/02/2024 07:17

I only ever bought YT, but I gave Waitrose essential a try, and really liked it! Much cheaper too!

HeraSyndulla · 21/02/2024 07:19

Fortnums’s Earl Grey

HarpieDuJour · 21/02/2024 07:24

Clipper. I buy it in bulk to keep the cost down, and because the shops here don't stock it.

needahouseindurham · 21/02/2024 07:25

M and S gold

BobnLen · 21/02/2024 07:25

DH likes Waitrose essentials decaf best out of all the decaf ones he tried

Namechangechangeobv · 21/02/2024 07:27

100% M&S Gold. DH is from a tea growing Darjeeling dynasty and even he agrees!!

BlackBean2023 · 21/02/2024 07:29

Yorkshire Tea. I carry my own teabags in my handbag for impromptu visits because I don't like anything else. Blush

doneandone · 21/02/2024 07:29

M&S red.

doitwithlove · 21/02/2024 07:30

Twining's Lady Grey & M&S Earl Grey.
