Love this kind of friend but it hasn't been done in a while.

I will begin.
Ask your question and you could also answer what you would like too!

So......

Would you rather a £1000 voucher for your favourite supermarket or clothing shop?

I think I would prefer the supermarket as you can get clothes in Asda/Sainsbury etc

Supermarket voucher for me too. I’d get lots of lovely treats and not have to worry about the cost.

Would you rather be permanently warm, or permanently cold?

aardonpardonwenttothegarden · 18/01/2024 10:24

Permanently warm. I hate being cold. Winter and dark is the worst for me.

My question-
Would you rather see 5 years in future or turn something around 5 years ago?

Clariana · 18/01/2024 10:26

I'd rather see 5 years into the future, then I can change something now.

ShinyAppleDreamingOfTheSea · 18/01/2024 10:32

Norrisville · 18/01/2024 10:32

Judgejudysno1fan · 18/01/2024 10:37

Have 3 rooms in your house completely transformed or have an extension of 3 extra rooms, if so how would you do it?

OP posts:
aardonpardonwenttothegarden · 18/01/2024 11:00

I want to transform kitchen definitely 😂 don't think I need extra space.

Would you rather be always under dressed or always overdressed?

CryptoFascist · 18/01/2024 11:01

Always underdressed, it looks cooler.

Would you rather be underpaid in a job you love, or overpaid in a job you loathe?

Overpaid in a job I loathe.

Would you rather head over heels in love in a chaotic relationship or mildly affectionate in a stable one.

Judgejudysno1fan · 18/01/2024 14:00

Stable relationship with mild affection.

Would you rather win £500 worth of your favorite chocolate, snacks, goodies, crisps, nuts put together by the things you have on your frequently bough/favorite section in your online grocery shop?

Would you rather have amazing dates and wonderful sex whenever you want but he never helps with the day to day and the chores, or he treats you like a princess day to day but no dates & infrequent disappointing sex?

Hazil · 18/01/2024 15:09

I think I’d rather the disappoint sex with someone who treats me like a princess, because sex can be improved.

Would you rather be a housewife with pleasant easy life, not much to do now kids are grown, but patronised by DH and everyone you meet, or work very hard for a low salary you don’t need but have more respect from your DH and friends?

Judgejudysno1fan · 20/01/2024 05:44

Thats a tricky one.
I guess it would be the low salary

Would you rather have a free holiday for 2 weeks in the summer holidays to California (flights and accommodation paid for, but the rest is on you)

Or a lovely cottage you could go to once a month for a weekend in a lovely nearby county for free ? (Accommodation and petrol to drive there is covered but the rest you would have to sort) also, what would that county be?

Catsanddogs30 · 20/01/2024 06:24

Would you rather have great , reliable friends or enough financial security?

Judgejudysno1fan · 20/01/2024 08:17

Financial security. Im ok with having less friends. My husband is my best friend anyways.
I hate struggling with money.

No one has answered my cottage in the County or fortnight in California question.... so I will leave that one for the next poster to answer ...

I'd love to go to California. Never been there.

I won't mind a monthly retreat either. I love going to Cotswold. 😅

100% the cottage - I find going abroad far too stressful.

Would you rather have lots of friends and a hectic social whirl, or one good friend who you didn't see that often due to geographical distance, but have a deep connection with?

Qwerty21 · 20/01/2024 12:32

Lots of friends, if it was one friend but close I'd have chose that but from experience it's very lonely only having long distance friends.

Would you rather never be able to taste anything again or everything taste of the last thing you ate before reading this

Theblackdogagain · 20/01/2024 12:36

Everything taste of what I just ate, I've had a cookie.
Would you rather go back in time to before you met your current partner ( or ex) or forward in time to your next holiday?

If I could take my current knowledge with me, back in time, as there are a lot of things I'd do differently.

Would you rather have £1,000,000 now or £30,000 per year for the rest of your life? The £30,000 doesn't change with inflation and stops on death.

JenniferJupiterVenusandMars · 20/01/2024 12:51

£1m now please, i have a life-limiting condition so not sure I’d have many more years 😊

Would you rather have a chef to cook all your meals or a housekeeper to run the house for you?

Kwam31 · 20/01/2024 13:10

If I absolutely had to, the marathon - I am scared of heights. I can't run for toffee, though.

Assuming you had an equal emotional connection with both, and their financials were similar, would you rather marry someone stunningly good looking but thick, or a genius who was really unattractive in your eyes?
