Please tell me I am seeing things

Is this a very faint line or am I going mad? Been feeling off for a few days and had old pregnancy tests in the cupboard and did one on a whim. This came up in 2 mins.

I have a Mirena coil and have epilepsy and take lots of meds for it so this is in no way planned. Stressing out so much.

Is the midwife not concerned at where your coil has disappeared to? Are they thinking it's fallen out (in which case surely you'd have noticed), because I wouldn't be happy if they are not trying to see if it's still inside you.
