Currently in the bath. Will be going to bed after to feed my near 2 week old baba then sleep for a few hours.

I'm awake trying and failing not to worry about my elderly dad.

I’m just in a rut of bad sleep hygiene. I get wired into scrolling on my phone. And now I’m hungry and fancy cheese and crackers and a nice fruit tea. And to maybe watch a bit of Netflix on my phone. When will I learn 😩

Started a new book and couldn't put it down!

Switching to Harry Potter audio book now as that usually helps me drift off.

Husband, daughter and I got really invested in a boardgame and didn't realise the time. All trundling to bed now thankful we don't have an early start tomorrow.

We've just had a call to say that FIL has died, not unexpected, but pretty hideous all the same. Absolutely wide awake so going to distract myself with an episode of Mr Bates vs the Post Office.
