I am caring for 5 week old twins. Dream feed done, so now with luck they will sleep for a few hours.

I’ve been watching Requiem on Netflix and it’s terrible but I’m in it now!

My husband snores and fidgets, which kept me from falling asleep in bed. Now I’m on the sofa hoping to get a few hours before driving to my DMs for the weekend.

Breastfeeding my 5 month old. He still wakes a lot through the night to be fed. I'm super tired but soaking it all up as he's my last baby

I tore the meniscus in my knee 9 weeks ago and have struggled to sleep due to pain since. 7 weeks, 2 days until surgery and counting!

No routine from Christmas. My kids are all back at school week so normality will return.

Also I was woken up by a young child shouting at 3am last night. I woke up thinking "did I dream that?" When the shouting happened again from my bed beside me. It was only me my 16 year in last night. Dh and young kids was staying elsewhere. Besides it was a really young child's voice. 5 or under. I don't belive in ghosts BUT this house is haunted. Nothing menincing really lots of really weird things heard by a few of us. Especially my 16 yo ds.

Got a sore throat which is preventing me from falling asleep. Night three of no sleep and I feel a bit sick from it. Might have a honey and lemon in a bit.

Arkham Horror! It's a big hit in this house but takes about 30 years to set up and play a full game, especially with cautious and indecisive people like me 😂

3 out of 4 of us still awake. My DH won't come to bed and that means I end up doom scrolling or he wakes me up. He also needs to get our youngest to sleep but both are night owls. It drives me mad 😭

Anti social behaviour, loud thumping rave style music being played in the street near our flat. Police won't do anything, Council won't do anything so we just have to put up with it.

Not my twins, it's work. Gives the parents a night off... I hope they get some rest.

My ND anxiety - ridden teen DD is attempting a sleepover at a friend's- she's desperate to be able to do it but it can go pear shaped easily. I have my hoody and car keys to hand. No sos calls as yet...

@Boopydoo Ah that sucks. I live in a tiny flat (maybe why I like going to work in other people's homes) and noise travels so easily. Was very glad when one neighbour in particular moved out.

Got into bad habits over the Christmas break. I'm the only one awake but happily watching TV in bed. Come Monday I'm forced to get up at 6am again.
