8.50 to 3.15 Monday to Thursday
8.50 to 12.25 Friday

8.55 to 3.30

8:45 am - 4:00 pm

My two are infants and juniors, separate schools in south London.
infants 8.35am-3.10pm
juniors 8.50am-3.20pm

9-2.30 and I still can't work out how they can justify it with Ofsted rules on school day length 🫠

South east England primary.

8.15 to 3.30 and 8.35 to 3.35, grammars.

South London - 8.30 to 3pm

Independent primary- 8:25-4:00.
Can drop from 8:00.

Independent -
8.25 - 3.35 juniors
8.25 - 4.00 seniors

8.40-3.10/15

Used to finish at 12.30 on Fridays but that stopped a couple of years ago.

8.45 - 3.20 here

DS1 (now sixth form, but used to be 8.45-3.45 - state grammar)
DS2 (private) 8.40-4.25
DD (private) 8.30-4.

SE. Primary is 8.50 till 3.20 and Secondary 8.30 till 3.20. Primary staggered their finish times for years (EYFS and y1 finish 3pm, y2 and 3 3.10 and 4 5 and 6 3.20) but have stopped that now.

0840 to 1510 where I used to teach.

8.40-2.15 primary

9-3.55 Mon-Thurs
9-1.15 Friday secondary

6 yr old 9-5, but this is europe

8:00 to 3:40, independent primary
8:30 to 4:30 independent (SEND) secondary

No homework though

8:15 to 4:15 ( includes an hour of sport every day). They can also stay till 5:15 for prep if they want. Mine choose to do this so they get it all done at school.

8.45 - 2.50

Midlands Primary school 8.55am-3.30pm. Reception get let out at 3.25 before the mad rush of the older kids.

Reception in the morning the classroom door opens at 8:30 and the gate shuts at 8:50 you can drop off at any point during this time, we are usually around 8:30 to get to work. Finish is 3:15 all week but on Fridays you can go in for open door at 3 to see what they've been working on that week, once a month it's shared reading with parents at that time.
There is also a breakfast and ASC plus sports clubs but that's the standard day.

South East England- 08.15-16.15 with after school clubs until 6 plus supper club if you wish. Independent school. The primary part of the school was slightly shorter- 08.30-16.00
