It has been three days without a move, though nowhere near the stalemate of the 2018 game (was it then, the 11 month game).

Yes, it was 2018 and the stalemate IIRC was over the inclusion of a horizontal Lappings in a particular string of Hammersmith line manoeuvres. It got quite ugly, so I've heard. I don't think relations between the Featherstonehaughs and the vicarage have ever quite got back on an even keel.
