Anyone ordered an oodie recently?

I ordered one on 23rd November and still not received a dispatch email. Their website says there is a delay and they won't reply to emails for 12 business days!

I'm just hoping someone will tell me they ordered 22nd Nov and it was dispatched Friday...

This is my dd's main Xmas present so starting to get worried

Mine was dispatched, the RM tracking number showed it was returned to sender due to being ‘incorrectly addressed’ . And has seemingly arrived back to them.
Also emailed, and got 12 working days. Not heard back from them yet, or had a sign of a refund.
The address is definitely correct, I doubted myself as sometimes delivery companies struggle with how Scottish flat addresses are formatted, but our local Royal Mail postman recognises people’s names so we usually don’t have an issue.
I am very concerned!

I had ordered one at the beginning of Nov for other dad's bday and it ook about 14 days. So I wasn't expecting such a huge delay in delivery. I'm just getting a bit panicky.

@toads912 that's really crap. If that's a one off it seems a bit unbelievable ☹️.

Are they UK based?

There’s a thread in the Christmas section. I ordered on 11th November and still not dispatched. I would cancel and order from elsewhere but I’m broke and won’t get a refund in time.

God, this is so all over the place!

Is it they didn't have the stock they sold? They are being quite cagey about it. I'm going to be so pissed off if it doesn't arrive..it's literally her main present-we are having a v small.xmas.this year.

How long do refunds take? I really don't want to refund though ☹️

I'm not doing v well this year. I was going to get her big sister a white fox hoodie and missed out on that too 😆

I’m not sure how long the refunds are taking but if they’re not replying to emails for 12 days I can’t see it being done in time for Christmas…

I ordered Black Friday and received fairly quickly. It seems totally random whether yours is delayed or quick.

Oodie is just a brand name not a thing. I got a really good fluffy, soft, warm, good quality outsize hooded top from a small maker on Not on the High Street three or four years ago. I only heard of Oodie this year. Just buy one from somewhere else.

I commented on the other thread about an issue I had with the payment.

I got that sorted and had a dispatch email on Wednesday (ordered on the 2nd) but the RM tracking shows that while it's been booked, they don't actually have it from the sender yet?!

All social media posts stop on the 7th November. They are not replying to messages and apparently email 12 days (I doubt there will be a reply). Another customer said phone lines not working.

I think it will be pointless asking for a refund. Administration?

I'm glad there have been some deliveries recently though, maybe there is a bit of hope.

Ordered 24th November, delivered yesterday.
I suppose it depends what designs they have in stock at what time.

They have handled this appallingly. Why not just say they have stock issues instead of the silence?

I will hang on a little while longer. I've checked and I paid by PayPal so hopefully will be easier to get a refund if needed.

I ordered mine on November 25th, and it arrived yesterday. I'd actually tried to cancel because I was getting emails saying how delayed everything was, so I was surprised. Hope everyone gets theirs soon.

I ordered 3 on 25th November and had 2 emails apologising for the delay. I want the Oodies so just waiting it out and hoping I receive them before Christmas 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I also ordered 23rd of November - I ordered 6 and I’ve received 1! My sister who lives less than half a mile from me ordered one of the same ones that I am waiting for and got it a week later! They are all Christmas presents and are now looking like they are not going to be delivered. I have emailed and sent a Facebook message a week ago and again today still nothing! The worst bit is they are still selling them at sale prices! How can they carry on when they can’t complete the ordered they already have 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I ordered a Disney Oodie on 9th November and it arrived this week. There's lots of people on the other post who ordered around the same time saying that theirs arrived this week also. I would hold on if I were you as it's sounds like they are catching up with their backlog. I wasn't expecting to get mine as it's now saying sold out on their website but I was prepared to wait as it was just for me.

There is a post on their website saying that they are having issues at their fulfilment centre which has resulted in delays (in other words they have more orders than their staff can cope with). I've also had two emails from them saying the same and apologising so they haven't been "silent".

Ordered a weighted blanket and have now cancelled order as they told me they couldn't say when it would be fulfilled - victims of their own success. Went to kuddly in the end.

I haven't received any emails regarding the delay or my order. The only thing I can find on their website is 'there are delays'. They are still advertising all over Facebook! If they were a bit more honest, they wouldn't be getting such hard time on social media. Have you seen their reviews? Customer service is the problem here.

I'm now wondering why I haven't had any emails from them 🤔

Thanks for all those saying they are getting their ordered. I did order one at beginning of November for a bday and it arrived about a week and half later. So I had no idea of all this. At the time of ordering, there was nothing obvious on their email telling me I was going to be waiting weeks and weeks. In fact the original email says 5-8 days for delivery.
