Anyone ordered an oodie recently?

I ordered one on 23rd November and still not received a dispatch email. Their website says there is a delay and they won't reply to emails for 12 business days!

I'm just hoping someone will tell me they ordered 22nd Nov and it was dispatched Friday...

This is my dd's main Xmas present so starting to get worried

Ordered one on the 27th November and was dispatched the next day. It arrived sometime last week.

I have ordered two in the last four weeks or so. One took three weeks the other three days.

I ordered early November- I then heard nothing further and received no meaningful response to emails from me asking what was going on with my order.

After further emails, I finally got a response, admitting that my order was lost. I wanted to cancel, but the intended recipient wants this particular item/design so I asked for a replacement. Since then I have not received any further response.

I have no faith that I will get either the product or a refund.

Oh my god this happened to me too! Sent back to sender because of failure to identify my address!! Got me fuming. What is wrong with them?????

I ordered a maternity one on 11th November. No confirmation of dispatch yet. I've emailed - 12 day response time so I've consigned myself to the fact it won't turn up for Xmas. Fucking useless and their customer care team will feel my wrath.

My mum got my daughter one for Christmas a few weeks back, seemed to take absolutely weeks to arrive

Update: it has arrived!

I am over the moon as I was worried after reading some of the shocking stories on here. It sounds like possibly this happens every year?

I hope everyone who has ordered one recently received their order soon and for those of you waiting for resolutions on refunds, that is sorted too.

I emailed again yesterday and finally got a response. My item has now been reordered but with no indication of when it will arrive.

If it turns up, I’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Ordered 3 on the 22nd Nov and received nothing but pointless emails about high demand. Have requested a refund and email reply is 12 business days!

Yes mine took over a month to arrive! They did keep me informed though via email of its whereabouts.

I ordered on the 8th Nov got notification on 11th it was dispatched and a tracking code for Royal Mail tracking just saying we are expecting it I’ve emailed on numerous occasion and told nothing 😡

My reorder confirmation, (following on from the early November order the Oodie lost), has finally come through. I will update if the item actually arrives!

I can’t say I am too optimistic, as I got this far in mid November with an estimated delivery date for my original order, and, of course, nothing showed up 😟

This is where I'm at.

Ordered 2/12, marked as dispatched 6/12 expected delivery 8/12.

Royal Mail tracking still shows "we are expecting your parcel".

No reply to my email to Oodie and the chat feature never seems to be there!

That was exactly my situation in early November @FrangipaniBlue - that’s why I don’t really believe it will turn up this week either as RM haven’t yet got it -😾

I got my refund yesterday. I’m so upset as dd would have been over the moon with it. Hopefully she will be just as happy with a kuddly. She’s old enough for me to tell her what happened too.

I suspect mine is either sat in the Oodie warehouse all packaged up but never collected by Royal Mail OR it was collected and RM have lost it before it was scanned again.

Either way, as it's taking Oodie 14 days to turnaround emails I'm not expecting it before Christmas.

It'll make a good birthday present in January for him 😂

@WreckTangled - do try 5poundstuff.com - they have real Oodies in stock atm. I have ordered from them before - got a genuine pink Oodie minus labels within 24 hours of ordering.

Mine has actually arrived today!

RM tracking says ‘there’s a problem’. It was therefore a surprise when it landed on the mat an hour ago.

The whole thing has taken from 7/11 to today, with about ten emails to the Oodie, one reorder - finally- and, what I think clinched its eventual arrival - reviews on TP.

Looking through old threads, it seems that the Oodie behave like this every year between October and December. I am glad to have my item in time for Xmas, but will never order from them again.

@Dee1224 thank you. I’ve ordered one. It’s not what I would have chosen but it’s a bargain and dd will no doubt spill loads of stuff on it anyway 😅 fingers crossed it arrives in time

That’s good @WreckTangled - you may need to wash before wear when it arrives - they can be a bit ‘chemically’ - but I believe Oodies bought direct from the Oodie are the same, so it’s not a fault.

Wash on 30 degrees and don’t put into the dryer x
