Can I see your Christmas tree?

I need some inspiration to dig out the Christmas tree and get the bugger put up. Can I see yours?

Not so much ruby red as sapphire blue and gold

We've got two-why did I do that? Took hours and hours to organise!

Gosh you're organised! Wrapping all those presents already

Couldn't be bothered this year so left the middle part of the tree out and it's loads shorter. I had some lovely dried foliage to add so I'm pleased with that and the mouse that's moved in underneath the tree.

Definitely not 😁 those are the kids advent presents from their grandma! My wrapping will come much later, accompanied by Bailey's and many darkly muttered comments of discontent by DH when I make him wrap as well (he really hates wrapping!)

Can’t believe some have wrapped gifts under the tree! I never do that until Christmas Eve. I worry about burglary!

Thank you ! @mummymayhem18 I decorate the whole room for every different season to sort of differentiate for our very handicapped daughter . Not sure what she understands of it all but the effort is worth it seeing her little face looking round in wonder whenever the room is magically different again

It was a lovely surprise for them ☺️ they're just little gifts like milkshake straws, squishy toys etc but it's another thing to be excited for in the run up to Christmas. And thinking of so many little gifts and wrapping them individually must have taken ages!

@ThisHouseWillBeTheDeathOfMe it's from lights4fun . We found the original lights that were on it a bit bright so I snipped them off and replaced with a string of the premier decorations red and vintage gold colour which has made it look lots better I think

I've just bought their family of reindeer for the garden, I thought it looked like the same brand. You've done an absolutely beautiful job there, it's gorgeous!

I need a new tree, but we’re going to get one more year out of this one.

I’d love a real tree. But I’m not sure I could deal with the needles falling off as it ages. Love the smell though.
