Who does this actor look like?

Me and my OH are watching The Haunting of Hill House and the dad in the programme, Hugh Crain (played by Henry Thomas) reminds us both of an actor. Jury's out on whether we're both thinking of the same actor!

Does anyone have any ideas? My OH is thinking a young actor in his 30s.
