Always enjoy these threads and get lots of good ideas from them.

We're having spag bol with creamed leeks on the side. Bit boring but tasty and easy!

What's everyone else having?

Using up leftovers in the freezer... I'm having lasagne & DH having spag bol.

Dal. With flatbreads and salad. Looking forward to it!

Steak and chips with salad. Treat night!

Savoury mince and mash. I'm using the Idahoan mash though instead of homemade as I can't be bothered. Mince already made in slow cooker.

Black bean fajitas

Fajitas. Always our Monday night easy dinner

Venison burgers with plenty of fried onion and mushrooms. No chips though which I'm (inwardly) slightly miffed about. What is burger without chips?! Sigh.

Gammon chips and egg will do peas for a bit of vitamin .

Indian takeaway - poorly toddler and need something easy.

I have a chilli made with diced beef, rather than mince, simmering away. Stomach is rumbling.

We have some bacon to use up - so probably bacon, broccoli & pesto pasta.

Stew and dumplings. Bloody lush

Random slow cooker sausage casserole with cabbage and sweet potato mash. Very much comfort food!

Me, dh and dd16 are having enchiladas and salad, dd19 and dd9 don’t like it so they’re having a pre-bought toad in the hole with peas and gravy.

Chili should be defrosted when I get home. Then in the oven with nachos and grated cheese and some fresh guacamole on the side with some salad.

I always find fajitas take forever, I don't find it a quick tea- all that chopping. I think I must do it wrong as other people think it's quick too!

We're having beef tacos. Had slow cooked beef as a roast yesterday and then turn leftovers into a taco filling with pink pickled onions.

I'm veggie but luckily there was veggie tacos in the freezer already that I'll heat up for me!
