We're having spag bol with creamed leeks on the side. Bit boring but tasty and easy!

Having bubble and squeak tonight might do a poached egg on top if can be bothered

We’re having leftover roast pork tonight. Yesterday I turned some of it into a pork and pepper stir fry.

Today was macaroni cheese with crispy cheese and bacon topping. With garlic bread and salad

oh .I had macaroni cheese no bacon bits sadly 😢

About to serve up roast chicken flavoured super noodles on fresh white brennans bread for dinner this evening :)

Rib eye steak, sauteed potatoes, green salad.

Irish stew with gunniuess slow cooked in casserole pot in oven for 4 hours

Spicy bean burgers (not in a bun), oven chips, salad and home made coleslaw. Was lovely but I’m v full!

Risotto with mushrooms, chorizo and peas

We had toad in the hole (home made Yorkshire's with pork and apple sausages), cheesy mashed potatoes and peas with onion gravy 😋

Tonight we had jacket potatoes stuffed with various things and baked back in the oven til the toppings all crisped up, with some garlic fried mushrooms that needed cooking tonight and some Broccoli.
I had black bomber cheddar and red onion, dh had blue cheese and bacon and ds had cheddar and bacon. Dd was out and got a pizza express on her way to the cinema!

Tomorrow I really fancy dh making some proper Cornish pasties 😋

We had a pie made with the leftover chicken and gravy from yesterday. It had mushrooms and spinach in it and I made a mash with potatoes, swede and Boursin. It was delicious.

Tomorrow I'll probably rummage about in the freezer - I think I've got some veggie chilli so I'll defrost that and do some brown rice to go with it.

I adore black bomber cheese. I can't get in anywhere where I live and the local deli close down. Very jealous

quite easy to get round here, there are a lot of farm shops and I’m sure Waitrose stock it too. Also found it At a Christmas market (along with all the other types/flavours) last year so maybe have a look if you’re passing one, they all seem to sell the same stuff!

Just to add, I don’t mind it all melted like I had tonight but Dh cuts and eats it by the slice or puts it in sandwiches etc, I couldn’t do that!

I made a creamy chicken and ham pie with mash and honey roast carrots/parsnips. It’s such awful weather here so definitely called for pie!

Tuna mornay with steamed brocoli for tonight.

Pork chops and mash with veg

We had chorizo and pea risotto. First time I'd made it and it went down well - very tasty.

Chilli con carne, garlic bread

Roast chicken thighs marinated in lemon juice and olive oil, potatoes and mixed greens.

We had veggie meatballs and pasta in a tomato sauce and a tonne of cheese.

Salmon with dauphinois potatoes.
