I love going to my yoga classes. They help me regulate my emotions and improve my self esteem.

What's yours?

Mine aren't so much hobbies as general pastimes.

Reading, walking my dog, jigsaws, yoga, sewing, knitting, cooking, genealogy.

Reading, various gym classes (yoga, pilates, spin and Body Pump) and I'm just getting into fencing. DH is a bit concerned about the bruising from that one - hopefully I'll have improved by the time it's back to short-sleeve weather!

@KitchenGard can I ask what/where you do the forensic science courses please? This is something I think I’d enjoy so if you could recommend any that would be great. Thank you!

Reading
Crocheting
I have just started getting into decorating a dolls house and collecting miniatures (very new hobby, will see if it lasts)
I love singing (badly), I don't this as often now
Cooking when I have time
Sitting outside with a glass or two of wine with my chiminea going- not sure if that's really a hobby, though
Photography- although I last picked my camera up so long ago, I don't think it counts anymore

The gym, cycling, reading, walking, gardening, baking/cooking.

I'm happiest when I'm pottering about. The gym and cycling are great ways to clear the mind. Baking and gardening soothe the soul.
