Mine is McDonald's Breakfast Wrap & the Chicken Legend 🥲 still think about those a lot!

I'd forgotten about the Ice Breaker bar, that was lovely. I remember it from the Seventies. Around the same time there was also a lovely chewy, chunky bar which was a mixture of a Picnic, a Topic and a Curly Wurly and took forever to eat, which was amazing for a gobbler like me! Getting nostalgic for my student days, when I could eat anything I liked and remain slim!

Were those a box of 6 in orange, lemon and chocolate flavours, in a silver cake case?

Yes, the icing was very thick.

Oh god. Forgot about this. I used to make my mum buy it for me. She declared it far too exotic and expensive and I was allowed it only infrequently and I had to forego a 54321 in my lunchbox for a whole week

I absolutely hated it really but I used to choke it down as i thought it terribly glamorous.

Back in the late 80s I used to work for a company as a waitress catering for weddings, I was only a teen at the time. One wedding had bottles of Aqua Libra on the tables rather than wine! It was a very fancy do and this was a dry wedding. We thought it was very posh.

Vesta beef risotto, freeze dried in a box! Think you can still get some of the Vesta range but sadly not the risotto

Marks and Sparks cream of vegetable soup 😭I've actually considered writing to them to ask for the recipe. The only thing that comes close is the Cully and Sully stuff.

Yes, Greggs flat cornish pasties! They were the best thing about Greggs! Everyone I know who had them agrees too, no idea why they stopped.

M&S marinated feta from the pre packed deli . They brought in a new one but it was too lemony

some pizza crackers , tiny ones like cocktail biscuits

and recently in Tesco looking for fruit/nut biscuits, in a clear bag about 3cm wide . Gone 😢

kFC Crispy Strips - replaced by the mediocre mini fillets

McDonald's toffee Sundays, and the breakfast wrap. Also they once did onion rings for a few weeks and they were divine.

Those chocolate orange eggs in a carton that came with a spoon seemed to disappear a few years ago too and were amazing.

Greg's meat and tater pasties. I stopped going there completely once they disappeared as they were the only thing I liked.

And a local restaurant round the corner did the most amazing garlic prawn starter and a prawn and salmon fishcake main. They were heavenly but have both disappeared from the menu.

Can you still get Lilt? I was explaining to DS how a can of that and a double decker used to be my breakfast on the way to school 🤦🏿‍♀️😂 but I've not seen them for a while. Haven't looked very hard tbf 🤷🏿‍♀️

Romany creams. I used to devour a packet in one sitting whilst revising - it was brain food.

Another for Sara Lee gateau. Used to be 99p at Safeway for the small one. I'd defrost it in the fridge and an hour later get a spoon and eat it infront of the tv. When I was home alone. My body is now punishing me for my teenage refined sugar addiction.

Haven't been to McDonald's in a while. I didn't realise they'd stopped doing Chicken Legend. I used to love that! 😭😭😭

I also got upset when Yo Sushi stopped making this really nice Salmon sashimi dish with sesame seeds and a nice sauce. They replaced it with a salmon dish that had salsa and just wasn't anywhere near as nice!

Cadburys Spira. It occasionally turns up in dreams, oddly.

And Sainsbury's dark chocolate spread! From thirty-odd years ago. I lived on it as a kid! It had a blue bear on the front of the tub. I cried when they discontinued it.

Tesco savoury rice cakes, my now grown up DC loved them. All moans about being hungry were met with with - would you like fruit or a rice cake?

I think it's almost when they bring something back and mess about with recipe, the disappointment! I'd rather just cherish the happy memories! 😢😆

Also the original walnut whips with bits of walnut in the base. Especially the coffee ones.
