With the exception of bread, milk and eggs cereal never seems to last in my household

Yes bread, milk, biscuits, juice (which I have stopped buying now) , pesto and hummus.

Cowlover89 · 13/10/2023 18:51

Chocolate but I'm pregnant Grin
Milk doesn't last. Cereal does surprisingly.

uncomfortablydumb53 · 13/10/2023 18:59

Coffee and milk

DelurkingAJ · 13/10/2023 19:00

Tomatoes. DS1 will happily eat a pack of cherry tomatoes in a sitting. Chocolate (me) and crisps (DH).

Unfortun8 · 13/10/2023 19:01

Bananas. I get through loads of them

FiveGoMadInDorset · 13/10/2023 19:02

Bananas

pennyfest · 13/10/2023 19:06

Packs of mini pepperami! I buy them for the kids lunch boxes but DS eats them like they're going out of fashion.

AllProperTeaIsTheft · 13/10/2023 19:07

Bananas. Kind of. One week I'll buy a bunch and we run out in 3 days. Another week nobody eats them and I have to bake something to use them up Confused.

Peanut butter. Lettuce (weird, I know). Crisps. Tea bags.

TigerRag · 13/10/2023 19:08

Yoghurt

Unescorted · 13/10/2023 19:16

Enko · 13/10/2023 19:16

TheWayTheLightFalls · 13/10/2023 19:38

Another one for bananas.

Deli meats.
Cordial.
Bread (though I religiously slice and freeze halves, so at least there’s little waste)
Peanut butter. The Whole Earth ££££ stuff stays, but buy Skippy etc and it vanishes.

Carsarelife · 13/10/2023 19:38

Crisps
Butter
Tomatoes we eat loads
Tea bags down to me

Username82y · 13/10/2023 19:39

Peppers and apples. My kids eat peppers like apples, I'm growing my own next year, it'll be cheaper.

Cucumbers, one of my DC will get through one every couple of days. I buy about 3 a week.

43ontherocksporfavor · 13/10/2023 19:45

Bags of salad leaves.

Girasoli · 13/10/2023 19:45

I was going to say milk but other than that bear biscuits (DS2 loves them) and berries.
