With the exception of bread, milk and eggs cereal never seems to last in my household

Those chicken breast strips in breadcrumbs. My boys love them in wraps with salad leaves and whichever condiment is their favourite this week. Frozen petit pois are consumed at speed too.

I go through a lot of orange squash, as I’ve cut down my coffee consumption because lactose hates me and black coffee is not my friend either.

In our house the things I'm constantly replenishing between shops are fresh berries, bananas, milk and porridge if I don't remember to get enough. And chicken - DS15 is into high levels of exercise and we get through so much chicken!

With 2 ds 20 and 18 practically everything it seens, fridge is only ever full for 2 days

What is that about?

Fridge Jenga to "oh god do I have to go shopping AGAIN?!" in under 36 hours.

I buy bananas four times a week unless I can get eat "eat me keep me " ones then it might only be twice.

We get through a loo roll every day, a loaf pretty much every day. I buy peanut butter weekly and by the kg.

I buy a cucumber every time I shop. Sometimes two. Tomatoes every time I shop. Bread and eggs every time I shop. Grapes, satsumas and apples every time I shop. There isn't a fruit bowl in the world big enough for a week's worth of the fruit we get through.

Salad bags every time I shop. probably even onions, courgettes, broccoli, mushrooms and peppers

most times that I shop.

Chocolate spread and hot chocolate powder, even though I get the massive 1 kg ones. Seem to have gone in days!

Deathknight · 14/10/2023 04:18
