McDonald's squishmallows

Is anyone else collecting the Halloween squishmallows in happy meals?

So far I have 3 Wade the Warewolf 😭 and one superpig. This is from 3 different McDonald's in SW London!

I really want the cat or spider.

Does anyone know what day they swap to new ones? We haven't got any and the kids love them. I'm thinking maybe we might get one type today and another next week

Mine too they are well into twenties!

But one of them mentioned wanting the Halloween toy so I went on a mission. Two stores had none. Will keep trying in case they get a delivery.

Store said toy can be bought separately for 1.49 but I would be willing to put the extra £2.00 for some nuggets and a vanilla milkshake!

We brought a happy meal and got the bat that looks like a hamster. We asked if we could buy another toy on its own for child not with us and they said you can't do that anymore.

I am wondering if it was a franchise that was willing to let me buy one.

This below is copied from the website.

Any customer must purchase one or more Happy Meals before becoming entitled to purchase an additional toy in the same transaction and only 1 additional toy is allowed per transaction regardless of the number of Happy Meals bought.

From what I've heard, they change squishmellow toy when they run out of whichever one they currently are giving out, so it's not a set day at the moment.

I went today and asked how it works. The lady I spoke to said they just get boxes as and when and they tip them in a container at the front of the counter and grab as they go. They mostly had the cat today but did find 2 x werewolf ones for me at the bottom of the container.

Hi, if anyone at all has the blue and black skeleton squishmallow (think it's name is Stump!)that they want to sell, or to swap, do let me know please- the things we do for our kids eh!!

We have been to multiple locations to try to get one with no success. The staff have all been really kind and had a look in the box but none available. I know they are out there because I saw one stuck to someone's dashboard the other day! I do have the red spider (Bella?!) and the black and purple cat if anyone is up for a swap... Thanks lovely people 😀

All the happy meals in McDonalds in the Bentall Centre in Kingston yesterday afternoon seemed to have Autumn the cat - we got two which DS was very happy about :)

I kind of feel for the staff because they must be sick of people asking. They were kind enough at our local to let me buy one happy meal and two additional toys- apparently it is only supposed to be one meal and one additional toy max. I think it was obvious I am a harried mum and she took pity on me!!

Perhaps you can let McDonald know this because every time we ask for a book we still get a sodding toy! This is more than one branch.

It's soooo annoying.

I have got wade and Autumn so far .
Need 4 in total ...so ... 😔..I need to order 2 more happy meals for myself 🤣🤣.

As an aside ...I ordered a chocolate brownie the other day ( Uber eats ,not in store )
And they instead sent me a Halloween doughnut instead.

I am not a lover of doughnuts...but this was absolutely amazing!!
