An outside loo. We did have an indoor one too, though.
The house was built pre WW2 so the outdoor one would have been intended for the skivvy that so many people had then.

Drop leaf table - Iis that what they're are called?

The dining tables, where you can fold down the top.

I can't work out if they are very old fashioned or bloody brilliant.
I have a living room/dining room and my 4 seat dining table is great. But just wondering whether to get a folding table thing to mske more room.

Ours is a gateleg table. We’ve had it since we lived in a smaller home. It’s useful as is big enough for 8 if fully up. We would replace it with similar if we needed a new one

A TV without a remote control. You had to physically get up and press the numbered buttons.

A wall mounted manual tin opener.

100 watt light bulbs that got super hot to the touch as anyone who had to change one that went while it was on found out.

A shower hose attachment set up you had to attach to the sink or bath taps. They always used to be in Argos catalogues.

A huge entertainment system in brown that looked like a low side board. Whenever you switched it on or off you could hear the radio warm up and quietly fade for a few seconds. None of this instant sound malarkey.

A cupboard under the stairs.

A paraffin heater.

A hot water tank with emersion heater.

An airing cupboard the aforementioned tank lived in that held all the bedding and towels.

A physical Argos catalogue.

A set of china golliwogs playing musical instruments. You saved up coupons from Robinson's marmalade and sent them off for a free golliwog. It took quite a long time to collect the whole band.
