How many fingers can you fit between your teeth (pointless and lighthearted!)?

Random, pointless question following a mundane discussion where my partner claims that I have a superbig mouth and I think it's his that's small... How many fingers can you fit (vertically) between your teeth when you open your mouth as much as you can?

I can put all four fingers there relatively easily, he can only get two there.. Surely he has a small mouth...!?

3 horizontally (tiny hands too) no wonder my dentist hates me

@ISeeMisledPeople I had to think about why we talked about it, but I think it stems from a time when I had bought some favourite chocolate truffles to surprise him with, and asked him to close his eyes and open his mouth, I think I was like 'open it more', and he 'I can't?'.... That was a while ago but struck me again yesterday :-)

Another discovery I've made today: it was more difficult to get the four fingers in the morning, so maybe the jaws flex over the day?

Just about 2, but that's because I've had my jaw joints replaced on both sides. Don't do it, not fun!
