I'll retract this if it turns out to not be be: salacious/prurient/consenting gay/adultery etc etc. Yawn.

Make the rich people and corporations pay tax. That would be a scoop.

It has to be something involving investigative journalism and something Dispatches and the Sunday Times have been investigating for three years. Charles abdicating isn't that kind of story. However, Charles abdicating because of something dug up on him for this documentary would be the biggest story of the year.

Don't think it would be that, though.

I am clearly the only one on MN who loves RB.

His wife is lovely and I think he has worked hard at stability and become a rather polarizing political voice. One I don't always agree with, but his quick witt and hunger for knowledge I love. I watch his interviews with people and love how interested he is in them.
I hope it's not him since there are kids involved, but if he is I can't imagine him not owning up to it.
I hate the speculation though.

Bit surprised by the inclusion of Lucas but not Walliams, known to be problematic for last few years.
Brand I am not surprised by IF it relates to the early 2000s let’s say, he has fully admitted to being an absolute drug fuelled sex addicted piece of shit for quite a lot of his earlier years. Doesn’t make it ok of course but you’d understand it more than if it’s more recent allegations.

If it were Rusell Brand I’d be surprised add he has a gig at Windsor theatre on Tuesday and his publicists have sent out a thing that you give details of most embarrassing moment etc. surely they wouldn’t bother sending it out

For those saying RB is irrelevant these days I think you are missing the point. It is well rumoured in the industry that he is not just some sex pest but an absolute predator so if it is about him hes obviously been doing some very serious things!

I would say RB is a household name. He has had several completely sold out US tours so he is famous on both continents and he is very vocal on his political and social views. It's just I can't imagine anything he has allegedly done being shocking because that's literally his whole shtick.

If Dispatches are running a 90 minute broadcast, it must be pretty major. They could cover most ‘sleb or ‘MP has an affair’ stories in about 5 minutes. This has to be about whole back history of scandal/illegal behaviour/corruption attached to the individual/individuals about to be named.

It's been all over Twitter. Byline Times, have released the articles out on it on there. Byline is reputable, BTW. Look them up.

The police are involved, and two daily papers have dropped this man columns so it maybe this if they have all been working together

@Princessconsuelabananahammock9 I agree with you. I don't love him, but he's v bright, and interesting. She's utterly delightful. I hope so much it isn't him, and I hope LB is alright in the eye of this storm. The whole thing is grotesque. (Obvs I get that I'm part of the problem now...... )
