Personally I don't think we'll hear about DJ till after he's gone. Something is brewing there.

Funnily enough I know of a couple of people who have slept with RB, a very long time ago and as far as I know was consensual (not to suggest that others may not have been).

If this is on a par with Jimmy Saville it would be massive. Yes, there were rumours about Saville but no-one knew the horrific extent of his crimes. If Brand has been using his celebrity status to access children from TV/children’s homes to rape, vulnerable adults in hospital/dead bodies to abuse, been perpetrating on BBC property etc it potentially could be one of the biggest news stories of the year.

After a sleep I’m wondering if this is Channel 4 pulling one of their “stunts” - bit like the “New meat alternative” show they did a few months ago that turned out to be about eating lab grown human flesh.

If it’s a “look how bad social media” thing then they could quite conceivably have got RB on side as part of it (he’d love to be part of a “you’re all so easily manipulated” narrative), get him to release a “there are rumours about me” video 24 hours ahead and sit back and watch social media blow up.

Like others, I can’t see a major investigation being something as sadly everyday as sleazy celebs. It’s either something bigger (Epstein-like as I posted earlier in the thread) or we’re all being played.

The covid contracts theory might have some truth in it. The nightingale hospital stuff has been auctioned this past few weeks. You could pick up beds from £4 (£18 with mattress). Pallets of PPE went for £4.

If there are accusations of criminal activity it should be handled by the police, not trial by media….which these days we know is well adept at twisting anything to suit their agenda.

I get the impression it's Russell brand and others. And I guess the focus will be on the industry not protecting people from them, rather than just the allegations about them
