Apparently the biggest news story of the year is going to break over the weekend

It’s all overTwitter, or X as it’s now called. One of the Sunday papers is working on a massive story and all staff weekend leave has been cancelled. Channel 4 is showing an episode of ‘Dispatches’ tomorrow night at 9pm but haven’t said what it’s about and lots of people are putting two and two together and saying it’s in conjunction with the following days papers.

I’m curious , do you not believe in aliens at all or do you not believe they are on earth 🌍? Because for sure the fact life exists elsewhere in the many different galaxies cannot be much if a surprise .

Ahh I think I know who it is now judging by the clues on Twitter and Tattle, someone has suggested his name under Dom Jolys "MeToo" tweet in the form of a GIF, also his name has been suggested on Tattle. If you Google his name (SC + Mentalist) a skit comes up where he uses "Mentalist" (Popbitch clue ..fund a mentalist).

He's about to play the part of a controversial figure that's attracted a lot of attention so maybe ... I don't know. Just speculation of course but it seems to be other peoples suggestions and the clues kind of match imo.

I'm far too invested in this now - from the Channel 4 link, it seems like political pervs on the loose. Not surprising but gross nonetheless.

As for William & Kate divorce - not likely, although she was sporting a new haircut recently (distraction technique), and had a bandage on her finger (good excuse for not wearing wedding ring)...hmm, perhaps I need to get out more.

I can imagine it being a comedy-wide thing but I'd be amazed if it was about SC alone. I know a lot of people in the comedy world and I've never heard anything hugely worrying about him. Plenty about others, mind.

I honestly can't see a random comedian getting this much attention unless it also reveals massive systemic cover ups.

Which it could - see Savile and Harris for starters - but also Steve Coogan is a known massive prick, surely someone would have outed him long ago.
