Sounds like a teen going through an anxty/edgy/emo/no-one-understands-me-and-I-am-a-dangerous-creature-of-the-night phase. 100000% inappropriate though, and I’d be considering reporting it to the police as well as the dating site. I wouldn’t expect anything to be done, but in case it builds a picture.
