I love it. Properly mourn them all and what they’re doing with their lives now. Only 4 seasons and about 20 episodes is bloody criminal. It is a bit dated now, we need to refresh!

Nessa has my heart, as does uncle Bryn. Love them all though!

I didn't like it. I gave it a really good go, just isn't my sense of humour I suppose.
Sometimes I feel like the only one who doesn't think its the peak of comedy.

Is it wrong of me to say that I loved it, all of it, kind of except the bits with Gavin and Stacey in? Because both of them are shite 😂

This is fair. I still loved it second time round, but I found Stacey even more whiny and annoying than before.

I had the same watching SATC again years later. I never saw the tragic neediness in Carrie first time round in my 20s, but it shone out like a beacon in my 30s.

I don’t find it dated, I think the humour is so clever and part of the reason it’s so re-watchable is that you can pick up on new jokes and notice things that passed you by on the first 3 watches. I was also a teen in the mid 2000s and think it’s now just about old enough that it makes me quite nostalgic!

I love everyone except for Gavin and Stacey 😎

What even Corden ?

James Cordon has a terrible reputation but he is good in this. He seems happy to let Ruth Jones (his real-life best mate) shine, and he seems respectful of acting icons like Steadman and Ferris, who are given some great lines. Although he’s the co-writer, it’s definitely not the JC Show. It has an ensemble feel.

Doris, Dave Coaches and Dawn are my favourites. Three highly-trained and talented actors.

I like the warmth of this show as much as I like the comedy.

No one at my work likes it so my G&S refs fall on deaf ears "I hate James Corden" wtf he is so brilliant as Smithy.

I love this show. Fave episodes include the one where they all get drunk before the golf/spa day and the one with the Indian (DD tells me these are the same episode lol so yes, that one). We have just watched it all the way through and I think it wears well.

Also the one on the beach with the barbecue as well.

I'll have a pint... of wine.
