Some posts with 'edited' at the end, Never seen this before.

Have seen a few posts today that have 'edited' at the bottom. I've never seen this before and I've been here years! It doesn't state why it's been edited so am curious.

Is it a new thing?

Finally! I make so many typos here purely because my phone realises I won't be able to edit and it wants to make me look stupid.

I think that's the idea, that we can still see it for transparency but people can at least deal with typos etc.

I know it’s nice to edit mistakes etc but this worries me a bit. Is there a time limit? I think people will be able to use it to rewrite history so to speak.

eta yes it’s live. I’m amazed mn haven’t made more of a fanfare about it
