How much would this noise bother you?

Scale of 1-10, 10 being close to yelling STFU Grin

1 - dog barking constantly outside from 11pm - 1am when you want to sleep then starting again at 6am
2 - children screaming/shrieking (not quiet playing, think trampoline playing) 6pm - 10pm - for context the double glazed windows are shut, they're in the back garden and it's audible in the front living room as full on screaming
3 - a car horn being beeped randomly for an hour, every 3 mins or so, outside your hours

There is a reason why I'm asking but I'll post it after so I don't sway any answers!

It's a new build (well not new built now but that type of area) estate

Three tens from me

ifonly4 · 21/08/2023 10:40

All 10s, totally unreasonable.

Bluedaisydress · 21/08/2023 10:42

10 for it all.

I moved house because all of the above.

RaininSummer · 21/08/2023 10:45

All tens. Rude if neighbours to do these things for such long periods of time.

anyolddinosaur · 21/08/2023 10:47

10 for all of them. If one family record noise and complain to council or move home.

Summerhouse21 · 21/08/2023 10:48

Who on earth is beeping a car horn for an hour every 3 minutes?? Surely this would be annoying a lot more people than just you OP? 😫

Some idiots yesterday for no reason apart from they were modifying the cars horn (no idea why) to a more high pitch one Confused

Not one sadly

Apparently "children playing" is normal (yes but not with the screaming)
I've not figured out where the dog is yet but it's been barking all this week into the early hours

The reason I asked is I wondered if I was being noise sensitive (eating noises bother me) or not because by 1am this morning I was about to go and find the dogs owner

EvenlyDetermined · 21/08/2023 10:59

If it was every night, 9s. If just occasional not so much. At least its not other people's music, that would be straight 10s.
