How much would this noise bother you?

Scale of 1-10, 10 being close to yelling STFU

1 - dog barking constantly outside from 11pm - 1am when you want to sleep then starting again at 6am
2 - children screaming/shrieking (not quiet playing, think trampoline playing) 6pm - 10pm - for context the double glazed windows are shut, they're in the back garden and it's audible in the front living room as full on screaming
3 - a car horn being beeped randomly for an hour, every 3 mins or so, outside your hours

There is a reason why I'm asking but I'll post it after so I don't sway any answers!

Currently stood outside in the rain trying to work out where the bastard dog noise is from as I don't think it's the house the postman said
Typically as I've come outside it's stopped barking

The first two wouldn't bother me. The third would absolutely do my tits in and I'd have to go out and.... erm... look angrily in their direction.

The dog would drive me mad. 10+

Kids less so, so long as it did stop at 10pm. 5, or less if it was laughing and they really were having great fun and not fighting and winding each other up.

Horn, if a 1 off, I suppose it wouldn't wind me up too much, but still maybe an 8

Found the dog. It's inside and the one the postman thought it was
Nobody home. I haven't seen their car there for a good 3 days now

None of it would bother me really. I'm a heavy sleeper and not much wakes me up. I'm used to noise anyway to be honest as I live in a block of flats with train tracks directly behind.
