I'm really hoping someone can put me out of misery figuring out who the actor is I'm thinking of, as it is truly taking over my life!
He is a British actor, usually plays middle/upper class. I think he must have been at least 50s in the 90s (massive apologies to him if I'm miles out!), silver hair and moustache. I remember him playing slimy characters but I can't honestly bring one to mind.
I've google imaged for days but can't find him as I'm not too sure on search terms. Please can anyone help?

Christopher Lee?

He's faaar too posh to have been on The Bill, though.

Ooh, I was going to say no to Terence Harvey (and may well have already done so!) But this one looks very like him

I'm not convinced it is him though, just a very similar look

Aren't half of these suggestions already dead? 😄

AdoraBell · 17/07/2023 22:05

Can’t see if it’s been mentioned already, but Charles Dance?

Stephen Yardley was in those shows you mentioned plus other law-type shows. If you had a crush on him I'm sorry.

That actually made me lol, Ken Masters with his white slacks was the only reason I watched Howard's Way Grin

Windsor Davies?!?

@SwishSwishBisch I've been trying to remember Windsor Davies since the start of this thread. He's name escaped me and it was driving me mad. Thank you

I am thinking that it is in fact Terrence Harvey, I found another picture which is definitely how I remember him. Although no moustache! But I now can't add any more images!!

I'm sticking with Nigel Davenport. I literally just set up an account to post about an actor I've never heard of...time to get on with housework now. 😂

Feeling guilty now, you’re doing housework at 10pm.
Put your feet up instead.
