British actor

I'm really hoping someone can put me out of misery figuring out who the actor is I'm thinking of, as it is truly taking over my life!
He is a British actor, usually plays middle/upper class. I think he must have been at least 50s in the 90s (massive apologies to him if I'm miles out!), silver hair and moustache. I remember him playing slimy characters but I can't honestly bring one to mind.
I've google imaged for days but can't find him as I'm not too sure on search terms. Please can anyone help?

He's definitely English. Very much so. It's not Jason Isaacs but has a similar facial look and hair colour here (balding on top though)
