Cannot be solved. We don't know the value of a small cat on row 2, so we don't the value of eggs (or bananas).

Just spotted the x so do you do it in order and the answer is 138 or multiply eggs x bananas and add cat for 38?

It's impossible to know whether reducing the number of eggs or bananas changes the numbers.

As question setter, you need to provide more information.

or
(10+2) x4 which is 48

What if the cat on one of the top two lines is pregnant and on the bottom line it is not? Or vice versa.
