Did anyone get an access code today? I applied for 3 cities and for all 3 I've been put on the wait list. No codes for me 😔

@lshark I think the code is associated with your email address.

We’re going to try again tomorrow. If anyone was successful today, do you have any tips? I managed today to get to the front of the queue then it said you’re being transferred to the website (which didn’t load for me)

lshark · 14/11/2023 21:41

Ah ok I didn't realise. Applied for all venues and waitlisted for all so a bit frustrating really
Will need to just keep an eye on resale I guess

Hollyshocks · 14/11/2023 22:21

I’m sure it’s just random as I’m pretty sure I did the same last time with no success but today I logged on at 1.30 and was in the waiting room for half an hour before the queue opened. So exciting to see a queue list in the hundreds rather than the tens of thousands!
Good luck to all tomorrow.
I’ve just booked my parking space and dd is planning her outfit.

I'd definitely agree it's random. We joined the waiting room at 1.30 on the button but it took 40 mins for us to be able to purchase. Good luck for tomorrow, it's a horrible pressure.

Taylorscat · 15/11/2023 06:51

I think it’s just luck, in July I got in in 5 mins and got tickets easily, yesterday it took 20 mins and there were none left - both times I joined the waiting room as it opened but you get placed randomly.

Harrythehappypig · 15/11/2023 10:19

It does seem as she could keep adding extra shows forever without meeting all the demand as it sounds like lots of the new tickets have gone to those who already have tickets for other shows. No judgement cast on this (I’m sure my DC1 would go more than once if it were possible) but it must mean there is still lots of people still keen for a ticket.

JaneIves · 15/11/2023 11:15

Good luck for anyone trying again today - I have a code for today and I'm sorely tempted as it'll (maybe) be the last London show...
but I'm going to sit on my luck of getting tickets yesterday after the disappointment over the summer of not even being waitlisted. I feel extremely fortunate for the one date, now to keep it in until Swiftmas day!!

bendmeoverbackwards · 15/11/2023 14:16

FFS same place as yesterday!! Got to the front of the queue and the bloody AXS website won’t load!! What’s going on?

If you are going in through your phone, come off the WiFi and use your data. This helped me yesterday

bendmeoverbackwards · 15/11/2023 15:00

Dd got through on her phone but only £££ tickets left ☹️ It does seem to keep changing through as people put tickets in and out their baskets.

Panicmode1 · 15/11/2023 15:04

Just had a VERY overexcited DD on the phone..she's managed to get 2 tickets for the 20th - and 'only' £94 quid each. I asked her if they are even in the stadium 😉 and she said she would be happy to pay to stand outside 🤣

BillyBraggisnotmylover · 15/11/2023 19:22

Another fail for me today!

PussInBin20 · 15/11/2023 20:15

I managed to get 2 tickets on Ticketmaster today - I was so surprised as it was much easier than expected. We joined the queue at 1.45. DD said we’ve already lost out as should have joined at 1.30.

Got in the Qat 2pm and there were only a few hundred people in front (weird as when I got Coldplay tickets it said something stupid like 40,000).

in my excitement at getting a chance of tickets I very nearly bought 2 at £1000! Pressed the Back button to try again (thought I definitely have blown it now) but no, it let us choose other tickets (had to put the code back in) and got 2 for about £200 each.

I was so shocked at how quickly I got them tbh. I did say to DD that I wasn’t going to spend 1.5 hrs on the internet trying to get them so we’ll just see how it goes.

Unfortunately she saw the show at the cinema recently so she said she already knows what to expect which is a bit of a shame but she is still excited.

Speaknowfearlessreputation · 19/11/2023 19:50

Does anyone know if those without codes are doomed?! We didn’t pre-register for anything and now DC are utterly desperate to go!

Do you need to be pre registered to buy resale tickets? Apparently I can no longer pre register for them on ticketmaster (well I can’t find a way anyway!).

JaneIves · 19/11/2023 19:57

@Speaknowfearlessreputation
I'm not sure about needing codes for any resales, I guess you would just have to keep checking TM.
Alternatively, keep an eye on Twickets nearer the time.
We got HSLOT tickets 2 days before due to someone not being able to go, face value too.

euff · 23/11/2023 14:36

Sidetracking here slightly. Anyone else waiting an age for things from the Taylor Swift store? DD's birthday was in the summer, her present was the tickets. I wanted her to have something to open and connected so ordered her an eras tour shirt. It arrived yesterday 4 1/2 months later!

Utterlypeanuterly · 27/11/2023 13:10

Sometimes things on the store aren't available straight away. I ordered a cardigan for dd in the summer knowing it would be dispatched later.

mugofstew · 27/11/2023 14:06

Our eras tour VIP packages arrived after the concert which was a shame as several items were for concert use.

Taylorscat · 27/11/2023 16:52

What’s everyone doing transport wise for Wembley? I’m thinking of parking elsewhere in London on the same tube line towards the direction we live, and asking dd and her friends to come to that tube stop, rather than try and park in one of the official carparks which as well as being extortionate are likely to take hours to get out of ! I grew up in London so this seems easy to be - but I now live outside - so dd and her mates are not London savvy - but surely the mass of humanity will push them toward the tube anyway ?! Wembley is also not the easiest place to get out of in a car.

I am thinking similar - we live in south London so I will probably ask her to go to London Bridge and I will meet her there. I cannot see how I can manage to meet up with her any nearer. .

Taylorscat · 27/11/2023 19:25

Yea I’m thinking Waterloo. Apparently it’s easier to walk to another tube stop which if I was going I’d do but I’m not sending 4 teenage girls who don’t know London on that mission - much better they just stick in the crowd!

I was going to drive up mid afternoon (they will make their own way) in case of any issues with the tickets but I have no idea what I will do with myself as it sounds like they may not be at Waterloo until about 1am! I’m an 9pm bedtime lightweight so need to come up with a plan ! I’m wondering whether I’ll just drive up at 9/10pm instead, it’ll all be fine getting in won’t it ?…. They won’t need to see the credit card / ticket booker (I know that’s all sorted now but I’m a worrier!)

JaneIves · 27/11/2023 19:27

I've already booked the pink car park.
I will have my 10 year old with me and didn't want the schlep to deepest Sussex after what will undoubtedly be a very long and emotionally exhausting day for her!

We've seen Ed Sheeran and HSLOT at Wembley stadium, and unless you leave 10/15 minutes or so before the end, getting out and onto the tube is an utter nightmare.
I'd rather sit in the car for an hour than queue for the tube in a crowd in similar time.
I'll have snacks etc in the car and she'll likely drop off with any luck! Might even pack my shewee 🤣

Taylorscat · 27/11/2023 19:39

@JaneIves well this is also my dilemma. Do I park and then at least it’s a safe carpark and I can sit in the back and watch a couple
of films - and go and get a takeaway from the retail place nearby. Looks like an easy whizz out to the m25 once out from Wembley. Several of DD’s friends went to Harry S - I’ll ask her to ask what they did .

Taylorscat · 27/11/2023 19:40

And dd can get a bit hysterical in tiny spaces aka the tube. She will be fine as she’s with her mates but she won’t like it .
decisions !!

JaneIves · 27/11/2023 19:56

If you go for parking, have a look at what one is nearer to where they exit, they are coloured (pink/blue/red I think)
I think there are designated pick up/drop offs too so you could feasibly park and then make your way to the pick up point.
For Ed, we drove to Uxbridge, got a just park 5 min walk to the tube station and then the tube straight to Wembley park which took about 25 mins.
