Taylor Swift tickets

Did anyone get an access code today? I applied for 3 cities and for all 3 I've been put on the wait list. No codes for me 😔

I thought there was a cap on resale tickets- like no more than 10% what you've paid. How can some tickets be £750 each for standard seating not vip package?!

These will be people reselling the top price VIP, plus the extortionate transaction fees. It seems to be allowed

I know someone who's got Taylor Swift VIP tickets. and for certain reasons she can't go to the concert now and she's been desperately trying to sell them on to people. She's been in touch with the people she got them from and everything. But it's absolutely 100% concrete and written in stone. She cannot transfer these tickets. So it looks like there's going to be two empty seats. And SHE has wasted several 100s of £££...

No people are selling them, it’s fine to do so so long as you sell it via the ticketing agent you bought it from (AXS or Ticketmaster)
There are plenty of examples on Twitter and the site itself sets the price boundary by reference to the face value and for top price vip it’s this plus extra to cover the fees. So she will be able to sell them.

I’m not sure. A lot of people are saying it’s in the small print of the VIP packages that they are not transferable or refundable.

I think all tickets say that in the small print to be honest.

The VIP ones might well be different because they come with a box of merchandise, which is part of what makes up the rice.

I bought one of the cheaper VIP packages for Wembley as it wasn't much more than a normal seat and it does say No Refunds: VIP packages and contents are non-transferable, no refunds or exchanges, all sales are final.

It also says the merchandise that comes with the package will be sent to the lead booker's home address, hopefully before the concert but no guarantee. I'm really happy with the allocated seats and won't be selling or transferring but feel bad for the people who panic bought the expensive packages and will discover they aren't worth the money and can't be sold on.

They can be sold: have a look at what’s being sold right now, it’s VIP packages mainly. Whatever the T&Cs say or the customer service people say is irrelevant when they can make another couple hundred on resale of a VIP ticket.

There are a couple of VIP packages on Twickets too for inflated prices. I assumed that we would receive our VIP merchandise on arrival so was surprised it would be sent to us at the lead booker address and there is no way to change this. I think if anyone buys a VIP package via resale it should be made very clear that they will be paying for a ticket only and probably will not receive the merchandise.

If she sells them to friend / family she could give them her ticketmaster log in. Plenty of people have bought tickets for their teenage children - I’m going to give my daughter my log in and my credit card and ID if there’s any issue. It says non transferable but I really don’t think there will be an issue if someone has the actual log in and ticketmaster on phone.

With axs if I log in they send a verification code to my phone so you would need to be able to manage that as well.

They'll send it to you. The tickets were resold through the agent so they'll have your details.

The standing vip ones weren’t as overpriced as the seated ones, and they come with early entry... so only a bit expensive

in case that helps a bit to justify it to yourself, lol

I'm now being given the option to resell my VIP tickets on AXS so maybe she will be able to on Ticketmaster.

Still searching! Ticketmaster still has tickets but only with a code. Even if I wanted to buy the waaaaay to much tickets, I can't unlock as I have no code. Any ideas? Will they unlock those closer to the time? Do I need to find someone with a code that hasn't been used? But I guess that only goes to their email. Still hopeful.

I'm surprised if they have tickets available that they've not moved people off waitlist as I thought that was the whole idea. I was waitlisted for all dates. (I don't need tickets though as I had the Midnights presale code).

If you're in the UK then you should be able to buy resale tickets without a code.

I checked that at least a week ago just to look because Ireland still wouldn't open resale for those without a code.....but I checked the UK and was able to see resale tickets.

I just checked a few dates there and don't see any for resale so I think they just don't have any at the moment.

I know but the UK ones definitely showed me 'resale' tickets a week ago and was allowing me to purchase if I wanted them.

And the Irish ones still say presale too but the resale ticket (there's only 1 at the moment) is now available for anyone to buy without a code.

So I think there just are no resale available at the moment which is why they're not showing up.

Sorry it wouldn't let me tag your name so had to quote again.

I just checked Edinburgh gig on the 7th of June...and then searched for 1 ticket instead of 2 and saw one resale ticket for over £300, it's gone now unless someone just has it held in their basket...so they do show up if they're there and you don't need a code

I bought my tickets in resale - they are like gold dust and you basically have to make refreshing your browser a part time job to get a ticket. Try both AXS and Ticketmaster.

That's what I've been doing. I popped on a few days ago and found two resale/ decent price even though it was almost behind the stage. I wanted three so didn't go for it. I think it's going to be like this now for the next year. Very few and far between. I was just hoping that those pre-sale ones would go on sale as there are quite a few Threes but can't unlock them as I don't have a code. Oh well. It'll be true luck if some come up.
