As far as I can recall, in amongst all of the various BBC people about whom there was speculation, Jeremy was the only other person who was actually NAMED as the BBC presenter in question - completely falsely and without any justification, of course. I don't blame him in the least.

Jeremy never joined the witch hunt and bayed for blood, like many have, or called for Huw to be publicly shamed, humiliated and destroyed - he just wanted to encourage him to acknowledge that he was the subject of the allegations, whatever truth or otherwise there may be in them, so that due legal process could continue.
