Tbf he's a famous person with lots of famous guests, choosing to have a wedding in a church that the public are allowed in, on a road the public are allowed on. I don't suppose he saw this precise set of events coming, but there were always going to be people he didn't know watching. The odd journo if nothing else. There are more private places to get married if this was a concern.

Those guests look pretty grim, don't they. It would be really difficult to go to a friend's wedding with the press and mumsnetters hanging around outside when you know everyone has read the email.
