Idaho mash

Just had some for dinner. I don't make mash, CBA. Mostly cook everything else 'from scratch'.

It might be my new favourite food.

Anyone else like it?

In case anybody's interested, all the Idahoan mash varieties are on a Nectar price offer at Sainsbury's until April 16th - £1.25 for the packets, £1 for the snack-pots. I've bought myself the bubble-and-squeak flavoured mash snack-pot to try out - in the interests of science, of course!

It's delicious, but extremely high calorie. I've had it once.
