People get ten mins to go through checkout so always worth refreshing as well, if someone changes their mind or adds them to basket while they check with people they get released again

I’d also speak direct to venue about hospitality options, they can be quite reasonable at some stadiums

Yes it is a bit odd @VegetablesFightingToReclaimTheAubergieneEmoji. As I said before, usually I am a fairly optimistic person but sometimes, like today, being limited by a disability really smacks you around the head and says "no you can't have what everyone else is having" and it sucks. My daughter even phoned from college saying she'd got onto Ticketmaster and could get tickets - but they were just normal tickets so aaarrgh!

Thanks to everyone who suggested Twickets - I am registered with them but don't know how often wheelchair tickets come up.

Younger DD is now waiting for Taylor Swift tickets - don't think my blood pressure can take any more 😂

Haha - yes am beginning to wish we preferred classical music (or maybe its just as difficult getting tickets for the Proms)!

Gigsandtours website says they don't have an incoming call centre so you can fill in an enquiry form and I think I've finally lost the will to spend any more time refreshing the pages on my computer (been doing it since 8.30 this morning).

Am about to text DH and instruct him to pick up a large bar of chocolate on the way home as can't even drown my sorrows in alcohol due to frigging medication.
However, on the bright side 16 yr old DD is serenading me with Everlong on her guitar - she's a star!!

I did try contacting gigs once on social media, they didn’t come back to me.
on the whole I do prefer them to ticketmaster, but no one’s really nailed the managing it have they. Between bots, and surge demand, it does seem an impossible task

I managed to get 4 tickets for Manchester through ticketmaster with no issues at all about an hour and a half ago.
so excited I did a dance! We had tickets for cancelled 2022 tour, so very happy managed to get them this time.

There wasn't an option for a carer's ticket so I just paid for all 3 tickets as I didn't want to lose them - I'm hoping if I contact gigs and tours they might change one of the tickets to carer and refund.

Of course, this may be a moot point as I'm waiting for biopsy results so might not even make it to see them, but at least I have the tickets for my kids so my brother could take them if it came to it.

@TheReverendBeeb are you entering the site via the link in the email that was sent out on Tuesday announcing the presale? You need to use that, if you go directly to the site it just says tickets go on sale Friday.

Go through the link, then enter the code.

I've just looked again and they're still available!

I've just gone through the process to see if I can buy them - you can order a wheelchair space plus a companion for free.

I'm so want for you to be able to do, I'd order them for you but I don't know how we can do it so we are both protected!

Just wanted to check in and say we have tickets!!!!! I was online first thing and just stuck in a queue but my daughter managed to get tickets while she was on the bus to college. We're going to Birmingham - had been trying for London but it's not really any further from where we live and I am still in shock!! Just had to email them my PIP as proof of disability but had confirmation that we have the tickets. OMG can't believe it. Have just booked a hotel too so we are actually going (it hasn't quite sunk in yet).

Thanks to everyone - feel like this has been a support group 😀and am so glad everyone got tickets.

Special mention to @VioletCharlotte - that was so kind of you to offer but would probably have been a bit complicated.
