Amazing Grace was played at my grandad's funeral over 40 years ago. To be honest, I dont even remember what version it was, but any version still moves me and brings tears to my eyes, but in a nice way iykwim.

If I were to have a funeral ( I'm currently leaning strongly towards a direct cremation but with money left for family to have a meal out together in my memory after scattering my ashes, which can be done when they feel ready), it would be 'Seasons in the Sun'.
