@homestartvolunteer so why can't one of the adults in the home look after 2 toddlers while the other 2 adults work?
They could all 3 work part time, each doing 4 days a week but different days ie
Adult A - Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur
Adult B - Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat
adult C - Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat
That way there would always be one adult, sometimes 2, at home. There's lots of other configurations that could also work like one person working evenings in a restaurant or bar, one person working weekends, 2 people working 3 days a week and another working 5.
It would be relatively easy to ensure that the 2 toddlers had an adult at home with them and therefore incur no childcare fees while adding 3 incomes to the household.
