Do you work better in the office or from home?

It depends on the mood I’m in. I must admit I am more focused in the office but buying a ticket to travel in and usually lunch once there seems to cost me lots more than staying at home. Plus I start earlier when I work from home

I get more done when I WFH so I sometimes leave 'head down' work for those days. In the office I chat more to colleagues but it is helpful to be with your team if you are working in a busy project.

Home. And my mental health is a million times better WFH.

I wouldn't consider an office job now.
