Diana should never have been his wife at all. He loved Camilla before either of them were married, but the match was opposed by HMQ and others as she wasn't of the right pedigree. She was always meant for this role. Diana should never have been involved.

We were only wondering earlier if the late Queen regretted not allowing him to marry Camilla and being too influenced by her shrewish mother and Mountbatten? So much heartache would have been avoided for so many people.

Everyone slagging off Camilla, have you considered that Diana was the other woman and Charles and Camilla have loved each other for years and long before his arranged marriage to Diana came about? Imagine being essentially forced to marry someone you don't love by your family. It's not so black and white.

D’you know what, that’s a fair point. They should have been allowed to marry back in the day.

Louis will be having a nap or something with the nanny. He did well to last so long but there was no point in him staying longer and getting fractious

I would have thought 5 is a bit old for a child to still have daytime naps? 🤔

Tbf a five year old could easily need to go to the loo or get fidgety

Trickier if an adult in the ceremony needs to go though

Cracks me up that people are still (wilfully?) misunderstanding the Queen Consort thing and think Camilla being crowned means she isn't Queen Consort anymore or that this goes against the late Queen's wishes. Madness.

Bryn Terfel was terrible. He has a wonderful voice for the type of music he is trained for which is different to sacred music. All that vibration and warbling is not how it is meant to be. The gospel choir were much more appropriate, swaying included.

I'm a bit confused about the comments saying 'I'm still in my nightdress,' and 'I'm still in my pyjamas,' and 'I'm still in my dressing gown...' Why wouldn't you be? Confused This started more or less at 9.30-10:00 AM on a Saturday morning. What would you be wearing on any normal Saturday morning? Not long after getting up? Your night attire I'd imagine !

Do you think you should be fully dressed in a suit and tie? Or a Pantsuit, or a cocktail dress? Or a smart skirt and freshly ironed cotton blouse and stilettoes....? To watch the coronation in your own house at 10:00 o'clock in the morning??? You're in your own house! 😂

Am in pyjamas but with bra and knickers under and have brushed hair. MIL on the other hand emerged in make up, a long skirt, blouse and cardigan to watch the telly 😂

And I love the fact that there's been some changes for the better. It's been lovely to see girls in the choirs, musical and language diversity, recognition of other faiths and a female bishop having a role in the ceremony.

If you're in a long robe or gown you could probably get away with letting a wee go it with hardly anyone noticing.

I am 100% positive this was the greatest regret of her life.
Should they have been married in their youth, I think they would still be together as they are. So much heartache spared.

I know they've had a lot of rehearsals but it's amazing to bring together all the different choristers and musicians into one whole.

i thought she had a lovely smile and curtsy, and a lovely little smile back from Charles.

Yes, he has been for a couple of months now. It was announced on his birthday.

It was just the Press stirring it prior to that, as normal.
