After the death of Paul o Grady it occurred to me I've never heard anyone say a bad word about him before or after death- ditto George Michael
Other celebs I can think of are David Attenborough and Peter Kay
Are there any others?

Are you joking ?
Heard horrible things about both of them

Peter Andre is horrible. So many clips of him openly gaslighting Katie Price and manipulating her. Real nasty piece of work.

I'm guessing you don't know about his time in prison?

I don't think so! I've seen absolute vitriol spewed out about Boy George.

WithyouFromDuskTilDawn · 22/04/2023 02:44

Judi Dench made herself look a total twat for her comments about The Crown on Netflix. The desperation to protect the Royals. You don’t have to look very far into who she has associated with to see some big red flags.

I think you'll find the dead celebs are either saints or perverts. Press decide which.

WithyouFromDuskTilDawn · 22/04/2023 02:48

Graham Norton, he’s fully TWAW. His comments about JK speaking up for women. 🙄 Then he talked about taking accountability for what you say, said some stuff on twitter and then ran away from twitter. What happened to being accountable for what your say? Misogynistic little man, can’t stand him.

Anyone who says "horrible things" about Cliff Richard says more about them than Cliff. The way the BBC treated him over Yewtree was despicable and he came away from that with complete dignity and thankfully sued the arse off them so they had to settle out of court. Bloody good job too.

No longer just the press.

Jury by Twitter is far more powerful nowadays.

Chris Martin

honeyrider · 22/04/2023 03:03

Dame Maggie Smith
Maureen Lipman

Dave Grohl from Foo Fighters
Jarvis Cocker (or they’d better not have)

Jarvis Cocker and his friends were standing right across the pavement where I was walking next to a busy road in London circa 2001. They were completely oblivious to anyone else or thought they were more important, I had to step into the road. (And I am a big Pulp/Jarvis fan, but this just made me think that perhaps all celebrities are a bit self important).

VivienneDelacroix · 22/04/2023 03:06

Trevor Nelson was lovely when he came into our school (about 20 years ago). He was even very patient with some very giddy female staff (not me of course)!

Snellytheelephant · 22/04/2023 03:09

Agree Dolly 100%

Jack Black

Tony Hawk

Rylan

Neil Buchanon from Art Attack

and I think Andi Peters is brill too.

Snellytheelephant · 22/04/2023 03:17

Chris Kamara

artimesiasfootsteps · 22/04/2023 04:28

Brendon Fraser, met him and he was lovely, ditto David Attenborough.
Liz Carr and Emma Thompson also stand out as two very gracious and warm celebrities I’ve met.

Andrew Garfield on the flip side was an arsehole to me and to other guests when I met him, I was glad to see he’s been caught on film being a dick recently so everyone can see his true personality. Can’t stand to watch anything with him now.

artimesiasfootsteps · 22/04/2023 04:31

Unfortunately not, met Alison Stedman through an event I was running and she was rude to one of my staff and I had to take over dealing with her as I couldn’t allow her to continue treating a staff member that way.

Museya15 · 22/04/2023 04:51

David Niven and Peter Cushing, men of old time chivalry which I love!

No. Wants to show porn to children in schools and thinks it's OK for very young girls to be married off if that's their country's culture.

He's awful. I had to block him on Twitter because of his attitudes about women. He's very much poor men being accused of rape rather than how disgusting that women are raped.
