I've gone through all the alphabet in my head and I reckon it's G. Very old word according to Google.

Well, today’s is a right little git!

Isn't it just?? I've heard of it but interesting it's allowed as it's an acronym. But I guess it's passed into common parlance (in North America at least).

I considered waiting till morning but lack of sleep is raging tonight!

I figured out what the last letter was then the real head scratching began! Don't think I've ever come across that word before. Not even in books.

I have heard of it, but still object to its use as a wordle word. I had the last word and once I worked out its place then it was the only possible answer.

But it’s rude! I didn’t think it would be allowed.

I think it’s a word in its own right in America and so has lost the “rude” from the origins.

It’s in both the uk and us scrabble dictionaries

Never heard of it! Got it in 4 through pure trial and error- had to google what it meant.

My first time cheating by googling it, I had worked out what the last letter was and couldn't think of a single word that fitted. I had also never heard of the word.

I thought it was an anagram!? I had several letters but eas completely stuck until I guessed it as a last resort. Was so surprised it was allowed.

D'oh abbreviation not anagram. What was I thinking!?

Neither 😀 it started as an acronym but it’s become a word, I guess!

Or even acronym. I think I'll stop here 🙈.

Really annoying today. Have never heard that expression and it's an acronym. Managed to keep my streak though. Am at 99 and want to get to 100

By line 3 I'd had the U in every available position except last, and knew immediately what they'd done, the dirty rotten bastards. So I didn't need to fossick around in my brain for the solution in the end, but I was frowning disapproval even as I typed it out.

It's the second time my streak has disappeared. Has anyone else had this? So bloody pissed off.
