We're going away for Easter, so I've ordered a few things for the first time in ages, and I'm childlishly excited about today's deliveries:

New swimsuit for me - I've ordered 2 so that in theory the one that suits me less can go back, but realistically I know I'm hoping to keep them both. There was a 25% discount code, so really, I'm SAVING money. 😉

Beauty Pie order - mostly just a restock for me & dd1, but still fun.

A dress from the clearance sale on Joules, but that might not come til tomorrow. I haven't bought new clothes since September, so this is quite exciting even if it was only £23.

Trainers for dd1 from Ebay

GCSE language workbooks for dd1 (less thrilling, but quite a coup to find this specific book and have it delivered before her class today).

I much prefer this to actually going out shopping.

A new hairdryer. My old one is so heavy it makes my shoulder hurt. I've ordered a travel one, so it sould be lighter. I don't need anything complicated or fancy

Some knee supports which I'm hoping will allow my arthritic knees to do some walking on holiday on the Isle of Wight at Easter

Hotly anticipated update: Can confirm that both swimsuits, especially the more chancy one, are incredible on me. They're that crinkle material, so gorgeous for putting a skirt or pair of shorts on over at the beach as well. One is very high cut though, so it's off to the waxing place with me before we go! 😩

Just had half a tank of heating oil delivered - not very exciting but pleased that it cost 20p a litre less than the last delivery I had.

i am still waiting for UPS to deliver my box of avocados from Spain - they were due on Tuesday!
