Jack Monroe flounced from Twitter - Again

This time it looks like she was caught out in regard to addiction faking.

She posted a photo claiming they were of her recovery chip thingies and it was noted that 1 of them was for Cocaine Anonymous and another was for Narcotics anonymous.

She'd denied cocaine use earlier.

Early January she was in the Guardian saying she'd blown to s of donated money on Drink, tramadol and Cotswolds sideboards.
Seems the oddities of her stories are catching up with her.

Curious case of honest mistakes of someone who does good?
Or a devious chancer that's raking in as much as 30k a month of other people's money for doing nothing?

Jack and Molly are both back.
I think Lee Anderson has summoned Jack and Jack has Summoned Molly..

The trio is complete, it is the end of days .. it should be the 4 horsemen ,but in this case, it's the 3 donkeys on the first bringeth Slops, on the second bringeth Blogs and the 3rd and there I saw a black Donkey and Tories follow with him..

I don’t think she can let go of the idea of herself as poor and struggling and it’s very unfair on her followers.

If she once was a poor struggling single mum (ignoring her supportive family and ex) I don’t think it’s likely she still is. Not to the extent she has to count her pennies at every shop.

I think there’s something to be said for Patreon being a little more transparent about what people are making. It’s really shady if people are so unwilling to say how many followers they have and how many people contribute/subscribe to them.

I believe that there is an option for creators to show that information, Jack just doesn't turn that info on because she doesn't want people to know how much she gets I suppose.

I subscribe to a few Patreons and they are all open about how many subscribers they have to each tier and what rewards they give out. Patreons are quite hard work. They are not an easy source of money. At least if they are done properly.

Jack's back and spouting nonsense already.
Taking issue with a journalist. Claiming she's sleeping on the sofa. And more and more.

She's saying she isn't wealthy. I've seen pictures she's posted of her house, she's wealthy compared to me and to 90% of people I know. She may have wasted what money she had on stuff she didn't need, but if you can spend £5k on furniture without worry, you're wealthy.

How anyone can still give her cash is bizarre.

I could show a shot of several accounts I've got with very little in them, even empty, too, but I have other accounts. (Not that I'm wealthy enough to buy multiple pieces of furniture when sozzled).

If she wants to be transparent, come on Jack, show your Patreon income. And how much your PayPal gets in, especially when you're threatening to sue unpopular Tories.

Though I'd say that Lee Anderson sounds like a thick, appalling human being. Look him up if you haven't heard of him, as I hadn't. Tommy Robinson type, and allegedly an old supporter of his.

Oh Anderson is awful.

I just don't see how she's got a libel case against him - especially after admitting the under the influence spending in the Guardian.

She said something like if she'd have made a million she'd have spent it in the article, but spending all your money as it comes in, doesn't mean you're poor.

It does mean you shouldn't be advising people how to be frugal or thrifty tho, as it makes you a massive hypocrite.

I would love it if she did sue for libel, she would have to tell the truth about her income in court. It would seriously back fire on her. On the other hand I think she is mentally very unwell and should leave Twitter for good as it is not a healthy space for her to be in.

She’s also saying calling her a “chef” is inaccurate … I’m at a loss tbh her behaviour is decidedly odd.
The chat about libel is more than a little Alan Partridge ( “lawyer up”) - in fact the insane know-it-all legalese tweets definitely remind me of Partridge, basically an adult character whining “it’s not faaiiir”.
