Just that really- not a surprise though!

He's a crook & I'm glad he's gone!
He threatened journalists who were breaking the story with legal action, a despicable bully!

Hopefully Dominic Raab will be next, 24 complaints of bullying so far!

Think of how many people Raab will have worked with in his illustrious career. 24 is a tiny number of them, hardly worth worrying about a few disgruntled civil servants from the wokerati civil service. If only the other Dominic - Cummings had been able to finish his work sorting out the civil service this sort of self pity would not be occuring.

He got Brexit it done.
I hope he is allowed to return and continue his good work.

Jgw1, you are a tease.

I'm on a countdown to January 2025. The date the next election must be held by.

They need the right time in the news cycle.

They keep going on about halving inflation - but even at 5%, prices will (obviously) still be rising, and things won't be cheaper. I am not sure if Government Ministers actually realise that.

Pack of thieves

Iam4eels · 29/01/2023 22:25

At LeAsT tHe ToRiEs KnOw WhAt A wOmAn Is...

Yeah, and they fucking hate her.

The Tories are no friend to women and many of their policies have a disproportionately negative impact on women, not to mention the fact that they refuse to make misogyny a hate crime probably because of the misogyny, sexism, and harassment that is endemic within their own party.

They're going to get absolutely fucked in the local elections, Sunak will be gone, we'll have the chaos of yet another leadership contest, and I'd put money on a GE by October.

ConfusedNT · 29/01/2023 23:22

Saying the tories know what a woman is is like saying a woodcutter knows what a tree is. fundamentally true but not much use when you are the tree being chopped down.

Cherry60 · 29/01/2023 23:35

Sack them all, complete bunch of useless corrupt bastards.

Nat6999 · 30/01/2023 00:35

Boris next, all the backhanders & dodgy deals he has had....but I forget, he is Teflon.

I dare you to say that on one of the threads that have those who obsess about what a woman is on.

NashvilleQueen · 30/01/2023 06:15

I'm genuinely astonished by this one.

As dreadful as most generally Tories are I didn't mind him so much. He had a vague air of ability around the vaccine role out (tho I don't imagine he was the brains of it himself). But the absolute bare faced lying fuckery of going on camera making statements he knew to be wholly false should mean that he's never anywhere near public office again. A breathtaking lack of honesty and integrity. Did he really think he could just bullshit this out when the facts were so clearly out there?!

KalvinPhillipsBoots · 30/01/2023 06:24

Sacked to divert attention from Rishi Hedge-fund involvement in Moderna which he is trying to stay quiet about.

AlecTrevelyan006 · 30/01/2023 06:58

Zahawi is a nasty vindictive wanker using his wealth to try to cover up his tax fraud.

carelessness my arse.

romatheroamer · 30/01/2023 07:26

OK... Paterson, Partygate, Pincher (who's still an MP) Truss practically bankrupting the country, then Braverman, Williamson, Raab, not to mention Boris' loans and now Zahawi.

But Keir still had that beer.

NashvilleQueen · 30/01/2023 07:32

I hear from R4 that he's come out fighting and doesn't think the enquiry was fair. Such arrogance.

You may find it quicker to say Zahawi is a Tory (in the current party).

LexMitior · 30/01/2023 09:23

Good god he's basically got a criminal conviction.

A generation ago his own colleagues would have asked him to leave. This is the same with Johnson, from whom Zahawi takes his lead.

The morality of the sewer.

TooBigForMyBoots · 30/01/2023 09:37

jgw1 · 29/01/2023 19:28

Yes, but the difference is Sunak knows they are women.

Does he though?🤔

They would, and the fact that they haven't is really significant in itself. Party discipline has broken down to the extent that he's been able to drag out the inevitable for nearly a fortnight and clearly intends to cause more trouble. He knows nobody has the power or influence to make him behave.

I have done before, I even listed the main policies and precisely pointed out the ways in which they have fucked over women.

Labour won't be any better.

I’m willing to take that chance at this point

That and the digital identity legislation Sunak wants to introduce which, by complete and utter coincidence, will be contracted out to Infosys - his wife's business - for an estimated £2.6 billion....

blinksartvideo · 30/01/2023 14:05

@Iam4eels WOW that’s huge! I had no idea…

Iam4eels · 30/01/2023 14:15

All out there in the public domain just not terribly well publicised (for obvious reasons).

Infosys run a similar digital identity scheme in India and its a mess with regular mass data breeches and repeated GDPR-equivalent failures.

This is the same Infosys that still hadn't pulled trading out of Russia as recently as the end of November.

I find that they don't like that sort of information.
I frequently get told it is inappropriate to bring facts into the discussion.

Come on now be fair. One would not become that rich by spending the money to build systems that were secure and actually functioned. Its all about sponging off taxpayers to enrich oneself like all these benefit leeches do.
