After 7 years of trying I have just found out I am pregnant

I decided to do a test today and thought I was probably being stupid and getting my hopes up but there it was after over 7 years of ttc it was positive.
I have of course done another 2 tests just to be sure 😂

Eek I just needed to tell someone. Husband is on a late shift and not home for at least another hour!

Thanks all for the lovely messages. I am currently in being induced and the first gel has given me lots of tightenings so they are delaying the 2nd to avoid hyper stimulation. I’m supposed to be sleeping but can’t sleep as my mind won’t switch off!

I am wishing you an amazing calm birth . My daughter had a beautiful induction and she just played her calming music , had an epidural which she could monitor herself and just zoned out…it was incredible. Good luck 💕💐

Our little chap is going to be delivered via c section later today as the maximum number of induction gels didn’t have enough of an effect after 3 days and due to the pregnancy complications I’ve been having waiting and seeing isn’t an option. The midwife also said they wouldn’t want to give me as many vaginal exams as I have had today again!
I’m really proud of myself for giving it my best shot and also mind blown that we are having a baby today 😂
