Where are my jeans???!!!

Help! They were my pre-pregnancy jeans that I found among a pile of clothes I was sorting, tried them on and they fitted again. I was so pleased. Wore them once and now I can't find them - it's driving me mad - I want them for Saturday. I have looked -

Through ALL of my clothes, all of them.
In all drawers/wardrobes
In the laundry basket
Through every item of clothing downstairs (randomly dumped jumpers, etc)
Under beds
Behind pieces of furniture
In the ironing pile
In the airing cupboard

I remember coming upstairs to take them off in the early evening. But I CANNOT find them. Please, please, please help!

Look in the bins!!

Hung on the back of the bathroom door?
Or somewhere totally weird, like in the fridge

I had the same question re almost all of my pre pregnancy clothes. Finally found them high in my cupboard in a storage box labelled "extta bags". Keep searching!

I just found my missing pair at the bottom of the dirty bib/flannel/teA towel basket in the kitchen 🤷🏻‍♀️

Under the mattress. I've been known to leave stuff on the bed and it works its way under the mattress during the night.

On a radiator
Tumble dryer
Garage

Yeah try in the actual bed clothes.

I don't know if this has been suggested but have you look inside the washing machine or dryer??

I found my missing nightie under a pile of laundry (in designated area) waiting to be washed

STILL NO JEANS! Am I going mad? Do I actually own this pair of jeans??

I have checked literally everywhere. I think I'll have to ask DH for help - but I'd prefer to find them on my own 😂

They aren't in any bags, the laundry room, under beds, behind chests of drawers. It's a mystery - but I will not give up! I need them for tomorrow otherwise I'll be visiting family in stretched and baggy maternity leggings 😒

I'm so invested in this and keep checking back!

I know you've checked bags, but maybe gym bag? In the car?
Under the sofa? In a toy box?
Airing cupboard? Curtain rail behind the curtains?

Down the back of a radiator?
Actually in the drawer but you keep rummaging past them?
DH has put a large stack of stuff down on top of them without noticing?
DH has chucked dirty clothes on top of the clean ones and then put the whole lot in the laundry basket?

Have you taken all the drawers out and checked if they've fallen behind the drawers but on the inside?

I too lost a pair of jeans this week and searched everywhere. Very annoying because they are the comfy stretchy ones that held in the post Christmas pounds.
Searched everywhere. Found them this morning, I'd popped them on the radiator behind the door in the utility room.
Maybe yours are on a radiator.

I am too invested in this thread. Should really be looking for my missing slipper.

I lost a pair of wine coloured leggings..my favourite in this house and have never found them. Hope you do better.
Did you gather stuff up for a charity shop this week?
Are they hanging outside on the line if you washed them?
Did they go inside a quilt cover in the wash?
Have you put them with stuff to be ironed?
Are they inside out and you don't recognise them?

Check your charity clothes pile if you have one. Few years ago I bought brand new jeans, wore them once, got covered in muck so I had to wash them… never saw them again

transpires DH left in DS room who tried them on, said they were too tight so put them in the charity pile. First time in ages too that said pile was rapidly bagged and brought to local shop!

I once lost a pair of jeans for about 3 years. I think they had been put in the airing cupboard with some bedding we didn't use.
