I'm doing full chicken roast and then apple pie and custard.
Will be using the leftover chicken In chicken and chorizo pies for tomorrow

Shepherds pie, Yorkshire pudding and veg here today at dd's request.

Ordered food for lunch and only ate the fries. So sat in bed eating the burger now watching friends and avoiding my work due tomorrow

Trying to use up the Christmas cheese so make a cauliflower and broccoli cheese bake. Followed by left over berry crumble and cream

Waitrose Chinese then some left over mince pies with cream . And a large gin .

Roast Chicken with roast sweet potatoes, peppers and broccoli. Ben and Jerry's ice cream for desert.

Full roast chicken here as well and then a chicken ramen tomorrow.

Pork loins with smashed garlic new potatoes and fried cabbage.

Naan bread pizzas with leftover roast chicken and roast veg.
Homemade lemon and blueberry cake.

Just tried a new spaghetti carbonara recipe as dd likes it in restaurants - she's not great with new foods so I was really pleased my version was a success!

Chinese and wispas for pudding. Plus a glass of white wine

Home made lentil and carrot soup
red cabbage salad
might chuck some old potatoes in to bake

Macaroni cheese. Not the packet kind, but one from scratch.
Not even sure who is home tonight.
Very hot here today, so something quick and easy.
Banana cake after.

Italian sausage meatballs in Sopranos style gravy, and fettuccine, with a spinach salad (spinach, sliced mushrooms, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, blue cheese, balsamic/olive oil dressing).

Marinated flattened chicken (fennel seeds, lemon, garlic), chips, corn on the cob and homemade coleslaw.

Hot chilli salmon with chips, cauliflower cheese and green beans.

i made an amazing butternut squash (roasted) curry, with black beans, and spinach.

Chicken casserole, with mash, swede, chard, carrots, beans, broccoli, and cauli. Maybe some asparagus, pumpkin and kumara too.
